History

In September 2003, Slave Velesanov and Dr. Peter Kuzmic raised the need of planting a church in Slatina. On 10th of December 2003 the church was started by a missionary from Macedonia, Dragan Velesanov, moving to Slatina from another church in Croatia, EPC Agape in Vukovar. The church in Slatina was started from the beginning by missionary activities among the people such as: meeting people on the streets and making friends with them; starting English classes and guitar lessons in the church place that is rented for a church; Bible study; youth meetings; children workshops; etc. At the right beginning of that missionary work several people from the town helped and encouraged pastor Dragan in all activities he was doing.
